You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

This policy explains cancellation, the paid trial, and how refunds work for Signals and Tokens. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
7-day trial
The launch trial is paid (₹499 / 7 days). If you cancel within the trial window and have not consumed your included Tokens, contact us for a full refund.
Used Tokens / Signals
Tokens and Signals already consumed (a warm application packaged or a Signal revealed) are non-refundable, since the underlying refinement and outreach cost has been incurred.
Service issues
If a payment was charged in error, or the service was unavailable for a sustained period, write to us and we will review and refund eligible charges.
How to request
Email founders@warmhire.in from your registered address with your account email and the charge reference. We respond within 3 business days; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay (typically 5–7 business days).
Pricing changes
We may change pricing or plans; any change applies only to future renewals, never retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
